You’ll have a set of three delectable menus to choose from for your class. Dimitri will send you the ingredient list ahead of time so you can purchase your items. Bring your ingredients, your favorite French wine, and your computer with good internet connection. At the agreed upon time, Dimitri will start the Zoom meeting, introduce himself, and the cooking will commence!
